Service description
Builder Diddies provides a virtual staff service via WhatsApp for UK builders and tradespeople. We help with quotes, invoices, contracts, email summaries, lead follow-up, and related admin tasks. We are not a regulated financial, legal, or tax adviser.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate job and pricing information. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to share any customer data with us under UK GDPR. You must not use the service for spam, harassment, or illegal activity.
Acceptable use
You may not use Builder Diddies to send unsolicited messages, distribute malware, impersonate others, or process data you do not have permission to share. We may suspend service for violations.
Fair use limits
The standard £199/month plan is intended for typical use by one builder or small team — approximately up to 50 quotes, 50 invoices, and reasonable message volume per month. Higher usage may require a higher-tier plan. We will notify you before restricting service.
Intellectual property
Documents we generate on your behalf (quotes, invoices, contracts, risk assessments) belong to you. Our branding, software, and processes remain our intellectual property.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or issues arising from inaccurate information you provide. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
