Cancellation Policy

Subscription model
Builder Diddies is a month-to-month subscription starting at £199/month. Higher-tier add-ons (websites, planning drawings, virtual receptionist, accounting) are priced separately.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp, calling 0333 344 0818, or emailing support@b-diddies.com. No notice period is required.
Billing cycle
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged again. Your service continues until the end of the current paid period.
Refunds
We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate.
What happens when you cancel
Your dedicated WhatsApp number will be deactivated at the end of your paid period. You have 30 days to request an export of your customer and job data. After that, data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
Fair use
The £199/month plan includes fair use of quotes, invoices, messages, and admin tasks suitable for a single builder or small team. Excessive usage may result in us contacting you to discuss an upgrade. See our Terms & Fair Use for full details.
Chargebacks
Please contact us at support@b-diddies.com or 0333 344 0818 before raising a chargeback with your bank. We will work to resolve any billing dispute promptly.
